You should receive your order within the timeframe agreed upon by you and the trader. If no delivery deadline has been decided, your order should be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.

Not received your order?

If the trader does not deliver your item(s) within the period of time agreed, you may contact the trader and ask that the goods be delivered at a later, convenient date which is appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the item(s) within this additional period, you can cancel the purchase. You have the right to a full refund of all amounts that have been paid. If the trader refuses to provide a full refund, you can try getting a refund through chargeback.

Additionally, you can cancel the purchase if delivery during a given period was essential to the purchase (e.g. wedding dress or Christmas presents). This is also the case if you informed the trader, at the time of placing the order, that delivery by or on a specified date was essential.
